Interim Clinical Lead

£300-£350 per day
Take control of a nursing home’s clinical governance and boost your clinical portfolio with a high-impact interim assignment.
You'll lead the improvement strategy, gain hands-on experience with CQC compliance and lead on the homes governance, all while earning up to £350 a day. This is a chance to sharpen your leadership skills in a real-world setting where your decisions directly affect outcomes.
What you’ll do
You'll take ownership of the nursing team, shaping care standards and clinical governance with your expertise. Day-to-day, you’ll oversee the floor, ensuring audits and compliance are airtight.
This is your chance to apply your ideas and systems, seeing the direct impact of your leadership on both residents and staff.
What you’ll need

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
An Active Nursing Pin.
A strong grasp of CQC standards and the ability to drive change.About the company
