The Opportunity

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and are keen to contribute to a growing business.

You'll be reporting directly to the Production Manager, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

FLT B1 Licence Advantage

Applicants who hold a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) B1 licence will be at a strong advantage.

If you have previous FLT experience, this could be an excellent opportunity to make full use of your skills and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Operate within the assembly and CNC production area.

Assemble products using glue guns and hand tools.

Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Night shift: Monday-Thursday (20:00-06:00)
