Production Engineer – £45,000 to £50,000 Excellent Benefits
Location: Uxbridge

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to join our growing manufacturing team in Uxbridge. You’ll be the vital link between design and production — turning innovative concepts into high-quality, build-ready products.

Working closely with design, operations, and supply chain, you’ll develop robust manufacturing processes, guide new products into production, and continuously improve build methods, tooling, and flow.

What you’ll do:

Translate design intent into clear, efficient manufacturing instructions

Lead the transition of new products from engineering to operations

Design and implement tooling, jigs, and process controls

Support cost analysis, DFM/DFA reviews, and yield improvements

Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

What you’ll bring:

HNC/Degree in Production, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering

Strong CAD and MRP experience (NX, Teamcenter, Oracle JDE or similar)

Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly, PCBs, wiring, and precision components

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach

Right to work in the UK and ability to obtain Security Clearance
