Children's Support Worker (Waking Nights) - 3 Nights per Week 🌙

Location: Burnley

Start Date: As soon as possible

Hours: 3 Waking Nights per Week

Salary: £13.00 £14.00 PHR

We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable Children's Support Worker to join our dedicated team - supporting children with emotional and social needs during the night.

💛 About the Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital part in providing a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for the children in our care. Each night brings new opportunities to support, comfort, and encourage young people - helping them feel secure, valued, and understood.

You'll:

Be a calming, reassuring presence throughout the night.

Listen, talk, and offer emotional support when children need it most.

Work as part of a caring, professional team to ensure each child's needs are met.

Help create a positive, homely environment where every child can thrive.

Get involved in activities and routines that promote wellbeing and personal growth.

We're looking for someone who is:

Empathetic and understanding - you see beyond behaviour and listen without judgment.

Previous experience in a care or support setting is helpful, but it's your attitude, empathy, and commitment that matter most.
