Location: Telford Start: ASAP | Contract: Flexible supply (you control the diary) | Pay: £130 – £190 per day

A day in the life

* Deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons (plans provided or adapted with flair)

* Support students across KS3–KS4, and KS5 where appropriate

* Maintain high standards of behaviour, using fair, consistent strategies

* Monitor student wellbeing and immediately report any safeguarding concerns

* Complete key admin such as registers and handover notes—so the class teacher can return smoothly

* Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a safe, supportive environment for every student

What you’ll bring

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – including Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

* Strong subject knowledge and a thorough understanding of the Secondary Curriculum

* Confident, professional classroom management skills

* A sound understanding of safeguarding procedures and the responsibility to act decisively

* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to apply

* The adaptability to step into new schools, uphold policies, and model best practice
