Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: £32,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing operation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a team on the floor, keep things running smoothly, and set high standards day to day.

What You’ll Need

Proven experience supervising a team in a warehouse or similar environment
Valid counterbalance forklift licence
Comfortable with regular heavy lifting as part of daily work
Confident using basic IT systems (Word, Excel, Teams or similar)
Full UK driving licence and your own transport (site not easily accessible by public transport)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and support the team to meet targets
Lead by example on the floor, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
Operate the forklift when required
Support with loading, unloading and general warehouse tasks
Keep accurate records and ensure smooth communication between teams
