Chemical Technician

Location: Sandwich
Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)

Immediate start required

We're looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our clients team as a Chemical Technician. You'll play an important role in safely handling, testing, and preparing hazardous waste materials for treatment and disposal.

What you'll do:

Check and record incoming waste loads.
Label and store waste correctly.
Carry out basic lab tests.
Help prepare waste blends to meet emissions and process requirements.
Maintain equipment and accurate records.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure safe and compliant waste handling.
Assist with organising waste shipments and reports.What we're looking for:

Experience in waste management, lab work, chemical processing or an industrial environment
Confident using computers, including Word and Excel.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Team player who can also work independently.Please note that due to the nature of the business you will be required to complete an on-line criminal record check prior to starting.
