We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth of our industrial cleaning equipment portfolio.
You’ll play a key role in accelerating our new business growth by leveraging your strong track record and extensive professional network.
 
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver revenue and market share growth.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in target markets.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide consultative equipment solutions.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and service teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
 
What We’re Looking For

A proven track record in B2B sales or business development at managerial level, ideally within industrial equipment, cleaning solutions, or facilities management.
An extensive professional network to accelerate new business growth.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to explain industrial cleaning equipment and related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivation, organisational strength, and commercial awareness.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A results-oriented, resilient, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in competitive markets.
Willingness to travel as required.
