About us: Sizewell C is a large, planned nuclear power station being built on the Suffolk coast in the UK. The project is expected to generate 3.2 GW of clean electricity, enough for 6 million homes. This is a significant part of the UK's strategy for clean energy and energy security, with the goal of providing reliable, low-carbon power and supporting economic growth. SZC is a major project opportunity for the Martin Group of Companies and is being delivered through HW Martin Traffic Management. We are looking for a meticulous Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team and provide support to the Sizewell Infrastructure Maintenance Project Director.

Job Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

* Working as part of the Sizewell site team, provide administrative support to the Project Director and wider teams

* Maintain project documentation and files

* Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and correspondence

* Conduct research and gather information as needed both internally and for the client

* Assist with data entry and record keeping

* Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting

* Client & Supply Chain communication and relationship management

* Conduct other administrative support duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

* Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular, with Excel and Word. SharePoint knowledge would be an advantage.

* Ability to collate & record data as required.

* Experience in an administrative function (accounts background preferred but not essential)

* Able to work as part of a team to achieve deadlines.

* Ability to collate & record data from multiple sources.

* Able to support the teams in data analysis and skilled in transferring data to a presentable form for reporting and briefing.

* Able to accurately process large amounts of data as required.
