We are working with a national property consultancy to recruit a qualified Surveyor at Associate or Associate Partner level to join their established Infrastructure division in Winchester. This is a great opportunity to work on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects across sectors including energy, transport, road, and rail.

The successful candidate will deliver strategic and tactical property advice covering access, acquisition, compulsory purchase, compensation, and valuation. You will play a key role in helping clients manage complex infrastructure schemes while also supporting junior team members and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver valuation advice in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards and client instructions
Provide strategic support on land acquisition, temporary access, and CPO matters
Manage lease events, disturbance claims, asset disposals, and land negotiations
Identify and mitigate risks, identify opportunities, and lead capital project due diligence
Source sites for infrastructure development, manage option and lease negotiations
Undertake feasibility studies and development appraisals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coach and mentor junior surveyors and contribute to team management
Support continuous improvement of internal systems, policies, and procedures
Attend client and stakeholder meetings across a varied portfolio of projects About You:
MRICS qualified and ideally an RICS Registered Valuer
Significant PQE in general practice, infrastructure, or rural surveying
Experience in CPO, although not essential (training is available)
Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation and professional standards
Commercially focused with a track record in client delivery and relationship management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work across multiple teams and clients
Capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a flexible approach
Full UK driving licence required due to travel demands What’s On Offer:
