About the Role

Our client, a well-established and busy fast-fit centre based in Royston (Hertfordshire), is currently seeking an experienced or semi-skilled Tyre Technician to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tyre replacement, repairs, wheel balancing, and general vehicle maintenance while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fitting, repairing, and balancing a wide range of tyres

*

Conducting tyre inspections and pressure checks

*

Assisting with general fast-fit and vehicle maintenance duties

*

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently

*

Delivering great customer service and maintaining workshop standards

Requirements

*

Previous experience in tyre fitting

*

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

*

Excellent communication and time management skills

*

Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)

*

Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work

Package & Benefits

OTE £32,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
