What You'll Be Doing

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
Contributing to whole-school initiatives and continuous improvementIdeal Candidate Profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
Passionate about inclusive education and child development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
