MK-Search are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a strong national presence delivering across sectors for leading main contractors who are looking for an M&E Project manager to join their team to deliver a notable mixed use commercial scheme they have secured in Wiltshire.

Joining from early stage pre-construction, you will act as the project lead reporting to an operations manager and taking full control of the notable and complex and technical £20m M&E package with a technical and leadership overview going to site in 2026 to deliver to PC.

Responsibilities:

* Attend project meetings and produce reports.

* Build relationships with clients and contractors as part of the team.

* Attend meetings with designers, specialist contractors, and internal teams.

* Review designs to ensure compliance with specifications.

* Review, assess, and select mechanical sub-contractors.

* Have knowledge of market rates and provide commercial input to the procurement team.

* Conduct on-site reviews and manage the installation of building services to ensure contract compliance.

* Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to throughout the project duration.
