Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes are proudly recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our client in the Bedford area.

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading player in the manufacturing sector. You will take the lead on day-to-day manufacturing operations within the assembly and testing facility. You will ensure that safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved on a consistent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate resources, schedule workloads, and monitor production progress against targets

* Ensure adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.

* Lead, motivate, and develop the team by supporting training initiatives, coaching, and assisting with performance reviews

* Ensure products meet quality requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications

* Drive compliance with ISO, HSE, and regulatory requirements

* Collaborate with other departments to enhance the production process

About you:

* Qualified in Mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or relevant experience)

* Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

* Knowledge of assembly, testing, and machining for mechanical equipment

* Experience with lean manufacturing tools

* Great leadership, communication, and team management skills

* Proficient in production planning

Benefits:

* Salary up to £34,000

* Monday to Friday Days

* Pension 3% employer 5% employee
