Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer

Package: Circa £50,000

No scheduled weekend working

The shift pattern is a unique 12-hour arrangement that provides work-life balance with 4 consecutive days off, on 2 weeks out of every 3

Recent and future investments in the Worksop production facilities make this a very exciting time to join our team.

Key Tasks Include:

* Install, test, examine and maintain various site machinery

* Understand and use safe working practices

* Work with the site teams to improve equipment OEEs

* Keep engineering information up to date in line with ISOs

* Ensure production interruptions are kept to a minimum

* Routine maintenance and PPMs

What We Are Looking For:

Skills & Experience:

* The successful applicant will have industrial experience in a similar working environment

* Analytical thinking and fault-finding

* Computer literate

* HNC Engineering qualification or equivalent advantageous

Attributes:

* Self-motivated; pro-active with a 'can do' attitude

* Flexible; able to prioritise tasks

* Dynamic; logical thinking

* Good communicator; team player

* Eye for detail
