The Opportunity

We’re looking for driven, confident, and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. What You’ll Do

* Build and maintain relationships with schools and education professionals

* Source, interview, and place candidates in temporary and permanent roles

* Manage the full recruitment process - from candidate sourcing to client management

* Achieve and exceed targets through a combination of hard work, determination, and great communication

* Become an expert in the education recruitment sector

* A confident communicator with strong people skills

* Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
