We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager for a major regeneration initiative on a stunning 130-acre world heritage site in Cornwall. This ambitious project includes the development of 520 residential units (with 46 already built), a hotel, commercial spaces, and various community amenities., the project is well underway, with most permits approved and a structured timeline of 4-5 years remaining.

Be part of a collaborative team, working on both direct builds and exciting joint ventures that bring the community vision to life
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure health and safety standards on site
Engage with the public, councils, and consultants
Take charge of budget management, providing timely updates and strategic adjustments to keep the project on track
Overseeing the estate, including contractor procurement and supervision of minor projects
Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to drive project visibility and engagement
Compensation:

Competitive salary up to £80,000, offering significant growth potential and the chance step into Project Director role within 12 months
Location:

Site-based
