What does being on our bank staff mean?

As a Bank TA, you’ll be part of a flexible pool of staff who can be booked to work across Swale Academies Trust schools. While some bookings are arranged in advance, the majority of our supply work is booked on the morning of, typically around 7am, so you must be comfortable with early-morning calls and being available at short notice.
