We’re looking for enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our bank staff team for SWALE academies trust, providing flexible day-to-day and short-term supply cover across primary schools in Eastbourne.

About the Role

As part of our bank team for SWALE academies trust, you'll have the freedom to choose when and where you work. Whether you’re supporting pupils in KS1 or KS2, you'll play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential—all while gaining valuable experience in a variety of school settings.
