Role: Childrens Residential Support Worker (Agency Residential Homes & Potential Secure Units)

Pay: £17 - £19 per hour

Job Type: Part-time, Full time - Temporary (Agency) - many weekly hours available.

Location: East Sussex and surrounding areas

About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Childrens Residential Support Workers to support children and young people in residential care, including those with complex needs or in secure environments. Youll provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance, while helping young people develop independence and positive routines.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people in residential and secure settings.

Encourage independence, life skills, and positive routines among young people.

Build trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

Collaborate with social workers, healthcare professionals, and other colleagues involved in the young persons care.

Uphold safeguarding principles and respond appropriately to concerns or incidents.

Maintain accurate records, daily logs, and incident reports in line with policy.
