Basic £30,000, OTE of £34,000!

8am-5:30pm Mon-Fri, 1-in-4 Sat Morning!

An established and growing accident repair group is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bodyshop Service Advisor to join their busy team in the Dorking area.

Responsibilities

* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process

* Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and insurers

* Prepare accurate estimates, manage repair documentation, and oversee job progress

* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every experience is smooth and professional

* Support the team to meet targets while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a bodyshop or automotive environment

* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

* Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency

* A team-oriented, proactive, and customer-first attitude

* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) required

Salary and Benefits

* Salary: £30,000 basic

* Bonus: Quarterly group bonus (£1,250) + annual performance bonus (£3,000)

* Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm; 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm

* Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays

* Benefits: Comprehensive company benefits package and ongoing training

* Parking: Local parking available
