Account Manager – Eastbourne
 
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic and innovative team in Eastbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal Account Manager will be confident, proactive, and commercially astute, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Job type: Full time, permanent
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for all client account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Develop trusted advisor relationships and ensure solutions are delivered in line with client objectives.
Identify new business opportunities with existing accounts and contribute to company growth targets.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Manage contract renewals and assist with client issue resolution where necessary.
Deliver product demonstrations and upsell services to existing clients. 
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and meet targets.
Excellent problem-solving and relationship management skills.
