Our client is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in property law who’s eager to develop their expertise and take on more responsibility within a supportive and well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist fee earners with a caseload of property matters

* Draft documents, prepare searches, and liaise with clients and third parties

* Manage post-completion formalities and filing

* Support the team with general administrative tasks and file management

Experience and Skills Requirements

* Around 6–12 months’ experience as a Paralegal, ideally in property

* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
