SCR Social Care is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our successful temporary division. Whether you're seeking flexible hours to suit your lifestyle or looking to gain valuable experience in residential settings, we can offer you a variety of fulfilling opportunities.
About the role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people in care. You will play a key role in supporting their emotional wellbeing, encouraging independence, and helping them make positive choices in their daily lives.
What we’re looking for:

A full UK driving licence
*
Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People (desirable but not essential)
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
A calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
*
A team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
*
