What you’ll do

Shared foundations

* Start conversations via phone/email/LinkedIn

* Keep tidy notes & next steps in CRM (we’ll train you)

* Hit simple weekly goals (conversations, meetings booked, renewals progressed)

* Customer Renewals

* Reach out ahead of renewal dates, confirm details & timelines

* Prepare simple quotes and track status in the CRM

* Escalate questions, spot easy upsell cues, and keep customers happy
