SALES AND MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR

Our Engineering client is the specialist manufacturer of heavy duty, rotational equipment and has an immediate requirement for a Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to work in their West Sussex Facility.

General Responsibilities (Sales)

* Receive enquiries by phone/email

* Prepare quotations and sales orders for spare parts and service work (using Sage software).

* Liaise with Production and Purchasing departments and advise customers of status of orders and deliveries

* Arrange despatch of all goods by courier, airfreight or seafreight. Dealing with export documentation

* Assist with the smooth running of the Sales Office

* Receptionist duties

General Responsibilities (Marketing)

* Raise the Company’s global profile using a range of marketing methods

* Organise and maintain customer database

* Email marketing campaigns

* Social media activity, specifically LinkedIn

* Maintain the website (news articles, updating data sheets etc.)

* SEO

* Produce sales literature/adverts

* Organise all aspects of exhibitions and other sales events

Requirements

* Two to five years’ experience in a sales and marketing environment

* Experience of Sage 50 Accounts (or similar) preferred

* This person should be dynamic, friendly and outgoing with a passion for customer relations and marketing

* Formal Marketing qualification including digital marketing/social media would be a distinct advantage. Applicants with less marketing qualifications/ experience, but with a desire to learn will be considered

* 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break)

* 25 days holiday

* Private healthcare (after qualifying period)

* Based at their factory in West Sussex
