This is a great opportunity for a building surveyor to join a highly reputable, tightly knit company that offers loads of training & progression up to Director level.

Are you a Building Surveyor who is looking for an exciting new opportunity to progress your career? Do you want to be able to grow steadily alongside the company by constantly expanding your knowledge & skillset on the job?

This ambitious and growing Chartered Surveying company who specialise in large commercial projects. The business focuses on delivering a quality service to their clientele and has ambitious growth plans to extend their offering in the future. As part of these plans, the business is now recruiting for an intermediate Building Surveyor to join their highly motivated team.

In this role, your time will be split between the office and site, working closely with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for measured surveys, contract administration, preparing feasibility studies, and the submission of planning and building control applications. You will be encouraged to expand your knowledge and skillset through self-development, mentorship from senior staff, and a dedicated CPD budget.

With that, the ideal candidate will have a Building Surveying degree as well as experience within the industry, with an eagerness to develop and progress their career. You will hold a full UK driving license and have your own vehicle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company where you will be exposed to a variety of projects and be able to progress massively achieving chartership as well as forward your career towards Directorship.

The Role:

Measured surveys and production of CAD drawings
Develop specifications and tender packs as well as contract admin
Further training opportunities
