Position: Panel Technician
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (45 hours per week)

The Role

As a Panel Technician, you will carry out panel repair and replacement work on motor vehicles, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and to manufacturer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and skilfully undertake panel repair and replacement on vehicles

*

Detect and diagnose additional faults for further repair

*

Ensure all work meets retailer, manufacturer, and industry standards

*

Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in panel repairs

*

Ability to apply skills effectively and problem-solve

*

Strong communication skills

*

Dependable, adaptable, and a team player

*

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
