The Role 👥

We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting independent male and female service users in Maldon, Essex.

👟 Male service user enjoys running and bowling — he’d love someone to join in!

🍳 Needs support with cooking and meal prep.

💬 Female service user needs reassurance, guidance, and advice to help her continue growing in independence.

📅 Shifts include long days and split shifts, offering flexibility and variety. Sleeps also available
