This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join in the future development of a Special Needs Primary school and secondary school working with Affinity Workforce based in BS16.

Affinity Workforce Solutions are seeking to appoint a keen and committed Teaching assistant/learning support assistant to support our students, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially.

The job role for a Teaching assistant is to work closely with the Teachers and SNECO to support pupils' learning and wellbeing, ensuring that all children are supported t reach their full potential.

The successful applicant:

Have a sound understanding of Primary/ Secondary Education
Confident supporting the KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 curriculum
Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills.
Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.Benefits of working with Affinity Workforce:
