Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality service to our customers and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.

* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.

* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and replacements.

* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised workspace.

* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Experience

* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role is preferred.

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems.

* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

* Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and software is advantageous.
