NonStop Care are working with a newly established Children's Residential Service in the West Midlands, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to take on a unique registered manager role with large scope for progression.

This is a unique opportunity that allows you to:

Choose the type of residential home (Assessment Centre, EBD, Specialist Provision, alternative to secure)
Gain an attractive salary up to £65,000 (DOE)
Become dual registered
Lead a therapeutic home

About the Role

Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
Develop, lead and manage new 2 bedroom homes.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 & DBS clearance
Deputy or Registered Manager experience
A full driving licence
