Machine Operator | Verwood | £31,075 per annum

This Machine Operator role offers a clear path to permanent employment, regular pay reviews, and monthly bonuses – all while enjoying Christmas off!

As A Machine Operator, you will benefit from:

Monthly bonus
Pay review after probation, and annually
Long-term job security with a temporary-to-permanent contract
Fixed 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday, 7am–7pm) - No weekend working
As A Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operating machinery to produce high-quality products
Monitoring production output and ensuring efficiency
Performing basic maintenance
Following health and safety procedures
Keeping your work area clean and organised
As A Machine Operator, your experience will include:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
