Sales Adviser – UK Leading Housebuilder

Salary – Basic up to £30k plus Commission, Pension, Private Medical Cover

Location: Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire

About the Company:

My client have been established as a housebuilder for over 60 years and currently have regional office bases throughout the UK. They are recognised as the highest quality major national housebuilder, having been awarded an exclusive ‘5 Star Housebuilder Award’ by the Homebuilders Federation. Projects to date range vastly in terms of specification and construction technique dependant on the location of the regional office. Major projects include multi-unit RC frame structures in Central London as well as town and village regeneration and low rise traditional build housing.

About the Role:

My client is looking for an experienced sales professional to join their team on a flagship site selling new house.

Reporting to the Sales Manager your duties will include…

* Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge most importantly competitors

* Have a thorough understanding of product and pricing

* Effective lead follow up skills to convert enquiries to site visits

* Staying in constant contact with enquiries nurturing them through the sales process

* Utilise their Sales methodology, schemes and incentives effectively to close a sale

* Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements

Candidate Requirements:

* Sales experience (Housebuilding is a preference)

* Commutable to Buckinghamshire/Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire

* Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty

* Excellent communication skills.

* IT literate.

* Flexible with working pattern, must be able to work weekends and bank holidays

* Flexible with travel, sometimes at short notice

* Holds full driving license and have use of a vehicle for business travel

About the Benefits and Reward:

* Basic salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
