Teacher of Food Technology
Full-Time | Permanent | Start Date: ASAP
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Location: Stansted/Bishop's Stortford

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of chefs, nutritionists, and food innovators? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Food Technology to join our vibrant and supportive Design & Technology department.

You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, engaging curriculum that sparks creativity, develops practical skills, and encourages a strong understanding of nutrition, sustainability, and food science.

The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a specialism in Food Technology or a related subject.

Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for delivering inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).

Be committed to raising standards, with a track record of improving student outcomes.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.

Be a team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
