Hygiene Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Hygiene Manager to lead our hygiene operations 2 sites. You'll keep both sites safe, clean, and running to the highest standards, while supporting your team and driving continuous improvement.

The food manufacturer supply into some of the main retailers including Tesco and M&S. Previous of experience of working with these types of customers is a bonus! You will have the opportunity to manage the hygiene function alongside both the Technical and Operations Manager.

What you'll do:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the Operational Hygiene team
Ensure hygiene practices meet HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO standards
Develop and improve hygiene systems across both sites
Work with Operations to embed better processes and smarter ways of working
Collaborate with other teams to keep hygiene front and centre
Manage the hygiene budget efficiently
Promote sustainable, resource-saving practices
Train and support staff to build skills and knowledgeWhat we're looking for:

Experience in hygiene management in food manufacturing or FMCG
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO standards
Hands-on, practical approach with a focus on improvement
