STEM Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer for a leading biopharmaceutical company based in South East England. In this vital role, you will develop, deliver, and evaluate GMP-compliant training programmes tailored for manufacturing and pharmaceutical environments. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, ensure staff are well-versed in GMP standards, and maintain accurate training records to support compliance and continuous improvement.

As Technical Trainer, you will foster a culture of quality and safety, providing engaging sessions to staff at all levels and contributing to the organisation’s training excellence.

* Proficiency in designing and delivering training modules and materials

* Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills

* Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles

* Experience in manufacturing with a pharmaceutical background would be an advantage.

* Strong understanding of GMP regulations and compliance would be an advantage, but this training will be provided.
