What You’ll Be Doing:

* Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs

* Raising and allocating customer invoices and receipts

* Conducting weekly and month-end bank reconciliations

* Supporting debt collection and managing aged debtors

* Assisting with VAT returns and ensuring HMRC compliance

* Preparing journals (accruals & prepayments) and reconciling balance sheet accounts

* Maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks or Sage

* Supporting the month-end close and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

* 2+ years in a hands-on accounting role

* Proficiency with QuickBooks or Sage

* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

* AAT Level 3/4 qualified (or equivalent)

* Clear, confident communication skills

* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
