Maths Teacher with QTS

Merton

ASAP

£160-£250 per day

Veritas Education is partnering with a welcoming SEN school in the London Borough of Merton to recruit a dedicated and adaptable Maths Teacher with QTS. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact by supporting students with special educational needs, helping them develop confidence and achieve their full potential in mathematics.

As a Maths Teacher you will:

Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging Maths lessons tailored to the individual needs and abilities of SEN students.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to support learning and development.
Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence, independence, and engagement.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to implement personalised learning strategies.
Maintain accurate records, contribute to reports, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and school policies.Candidate Requirements:

Valid teaching qualification and QTS.
Experience teaching, ideally with SEN or in an inclusive setting.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and support students, fostering confidence and independence.
Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and teaching assistants.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.ECTS with experience are welcome to apply.
