Junior Pre-Construction / Estimator or Project Coordinator – Fit-Out | Farnham, Surrey

Are you an ambitious construction professional looking to take the next step in your career?
We’re seeking a Junior Pre-Construction (Estimator) or Project Coordinator to join our growing team, working across high-quality fit-out projects in the Surrey area.

The Role:
You’ll support our pre-construction and project delivery teams, assisting with estimating, tender preparation, project coordination, and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop into a mid-weight role with hands-on experience and mentoring from an experienced team.

What We’re Looking For:

* 1+ year of experience in fit-out or interiors (commercial, office, or similar)

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Eagerness to learn and progress within a dynamic team environment

* Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) and ideally estimating software

* Located within 30 minutes of Farnham, Surrey
