Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card and excellent benefits

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Electrician to join a busy maintenance team working across social housing residential properties. You’ll handle installations, testing, repairs, and maintenance - delivering top-quality, safe, and efficient electrical work..

What You’ll Do

*

Diagnose and repair electrical faults

*

Carry out full and partial rewires within properties

*

Install and test lighting, alarms, and door entry systems

*

Complete all relevant certification

What You’ll Need

*

C&G 2382 (18th Edition)

*

C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 / NVQ Level 3 (inc. AM2)

*

C&G 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Experience in housing or property maintenance (desirable)
