Fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a well-respected and growing architectural practice renowned for delivering high-quality residential developments across the UK. They are currently seeking an Architectural Technician with Revit skills to support their expanding portfolio of projects ranging from bespoke housing to large-scale developments.

About the Role:

You’ll be working within a collaborative and experienced team, contributing to the technical delivery of residential projects through all RIBA stages. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical grounding and a passion for well-executed residential architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed technical drawings and packages using Revit (AutoCAD experience is a bonus)

Apply a strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

Assist in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients

Support senior team members in project delivery from planning through to site

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural practice

Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience advantageous

Strong technical knowledge, especially in residential construction

Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and technical standards

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
