Vehicle Technician

Location: Edgware

Salary: Up to £38,000 basic + £50,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm (1 in 4 Saturdays on rota, paid as overtime)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a modern, fast-paced workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional team where your skills are valued, your input matters, and ongoing development is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard

Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment

Conduct vehicle health checks and record findings accurately

Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Contribute to a positive and collaborative workshop culture

About You

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or reputable independent garage

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Full UK driving licence

What's on Offer

Up to £38,000 basic salary

£50,000 OTE with overtime and performance-related pay

Monday-Friday working hours (occasional Saturday on rota)

25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
