Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential

🔹 In Return, We Offer:

A friendly and supportive team environment

Opportunities for ongoing training and development in SEND and behaviour support

A chance to be part of a school that truly values every child and staff member

A rewarding role where no two days are the same
