Are you an experienced Contract Specialist? Do you have an understanding of the principles of contract and intellectual property law? If so, this role could be for you!

We are recruiting for a Contract Specialist to join a globally leading CRO.

This is a contract opportunity offered initially for 3 months, working part-time, 16 hours per week.

This role is remote, but you must be based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, internal teams, and external partners to support clinical research operations
Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with legal teams to review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all contracts
Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners
Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or discrepancies
Review and analyze contract terms to identify areas of potential risk or concern
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts and related correspondence
Participate in contract negotiations and provide support to other team members as needed
Continuously monitor and assess contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to contract management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with business goals and objectives
Provide guidance and support to colleagues on contract-related mattersRequirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or Legal related subject
Experience in contract review and negotiation, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts, including confidentiality, intellectual property, and data privacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
Familiarity with contract management software and proficiency in microsoft office suite
