Candidate Resourcer – Education Recruitment

📍 Loughton, Essex | 🕘 Full-Time, Office-Based
💰 £26,000 – £28,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Are you a people person with great communication skills and a drive to succeed? Join Qualiteach, a leading education recruitment agency in Loughton, as a Candidate Resourcer and help match talented educators with schools across London.

What You’ll Do:

* Source, screen and register education professionals

* Write and post job adverts to attract top talent

* Maintain our candidate database and manage compliance checks

* Support Consultants in preparing candidates for interviews and placements

What We’re Looking For:

* Confident, engaging communicator

* Organised and proactive with a positive attitude

* Recruitment or resourcing experience preferred, but not essential
