Candidate Manager – Education Recruitment

📍 Loughton, Essex | 🕘 Full-Time, Office-Based
💰 £24,000 – £28,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We are an established and expanding education recruitment company based in modern offices in Loughton (Essex), and we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Candidate Manager to join our growing team.

The Role:

As a Candidate Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our candidate operation — sourcing, engaging, and supporting education professionals throughout the recruitment process. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure every candidate receives an exceptional experience from registration through to placement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and register candidates for roles in schools across London

* Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers and support staff

* Write and post engaging job adverts

* Manage candidate compliance and ensure all safeguarding checks are complete

* Prepare candidates for interviews and placements

* Maintain an organised and up-to-date internal database

* Collaborate with Consultants to ensure seamless communication and placements

What We're Looking For:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly organised with great attention to detail

* A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people

* Previous experience in a candidate management, resourcing, or recruitment role is advantageous but not essential

* A strong team player who thrives in a supportive, high-energy environment
