Location: Chester, NY

Starting Salary: $27.13 up to $30.00 based on experience

Coach USA has new and exciting career opportunities for Mechanics at our Chester, NY location. We are looking for a mechanic to repair and inspect company equipment in a cost effective, safe, timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Inspects, repairs, or replaces parts including:

Air Compressors, pumps, filter units, superchargers, starters, timers, generators, governors, reduction gears, hydraulic couplings, braking systems, steering systems, cooling systems, electrical systems, and air conditioning

Remove and replace Broken Glass, Body Components and Seat Covers

Utilize most special purpose shop tools, such as steam cleaners, grease guns, valve grinders, etc.

Performs other duties as directed, including all work subordinates perform

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors

CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsement

Must be able to attend training when directed
