Class 2a Registered Building Inspector - West Yorkshire

Multiple Long-Term Contract Roles | £50+ per hour | Hybrid Working | Immediate Start Available

A well-established local authority in West Yorkshire is seeking experienced Class 2a Registered Building Inspectors to join their team on long-term contracts. Multiple positions are available, offering excellent hourly rates, hybrid working, and the chance to work on a variety of projects within the community.

Key Details:

Role: Class 2a Registered Building Inspector

Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid - office attendance once per week)

Contract Type: Long-term contracts

Pay: From £50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Start Date: Immediate start available, but the authority will wait for the right candidates

Requirements:

Fully Class 2a Registration

Proven experience as a Building Inspector

Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance standards

Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
