Sheet Metal Worker - RH4 , Dorking

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:30, Friday 07:00-12:00
Job Type: Permanent

About the Role

Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker looking for precision engineering work? This role focuses on thin gauge / fine limit fabrication using stainless steel and aluminium.
This is precision engineering, not heavy fabrication, so accuracy and attention to detail are essential. No welding is required, though TIG experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate high-quality thin gauge sheet metal components
Work from technical drawings to tight tolerances
Operate press brakes, guillotines, rollers, and folding tools
Maintain clean, safe work areas and equipment
Requirements
Experience in fine limit / thin gauge sheet metal work
Skilled with stainless steel and aluminium
Precision-focused and detail-oriented
Background in precision engineering or light fabrication (not structural or heavy fabrication)
TIG welding a plus, not essential
